- Raise the AI capability of the team as we scale: patterns, standards, reviews, and helping others become effective on this stack.
- Co-define the roadmap with product owners, choose a sensible delivery sequence, and stay responsible through implementation, release and evidence of usefulness.
- Implement in C# / .NET on Azure, using Microsoft AI SDKs, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, MCP, and the runtime we already have in product
- Strong commercial C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core). You will ship in our .NET services on Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI SDKs on Azure: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft.Extensions.AI and/or Microsoft Agent Framework, including tool and function calling in production.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- 5 - 8 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in C# / .NET on Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, MCP
