Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or Multimedia Design
- Graduate to 2 years' experience in a design, marketing or communications support role
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Working knowledge of WordPress or Wix, Canva and Adobe Acrobat advantageous
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between company sites in Gauteng (advantageous)
- Digital Communications
- Conduct online presence checks
- Monitor social media mentions
- Publish approved social media content
- Update website content
- Export survey results
- Internal Communications
- Update and distribute newsletters
- Design and distribute staff announcements
- Create internal communications from approved templates
- Branding and Design
- Produce routine branded collateral
- Design and order promotional merchandise
- Update company profiles
- Measure and prepare signage artwork
- Assist with vehicle branding
- Install internal branding
- Supplier and Production Coordination
- Obtain quotations
- Coordinate suppliers
- Track deliveries
- Facilitate installations
- Manage stock levels
- Corporate Support
- Assist with photography
- Support career fairs and events
- Coordinate branding requirements between departments
