Business Development Manager (Fumigation, Marine Services & Pest Control)

Drive business growth and market positioning for Fumigation, Marine Services, and Pest Control within the Hygiene portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and ensuring compliance with industry and marine standards. It involves developing strategies, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and Tsebo’s quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth for fumigation, marine services, and pest control in KwaZulu-Natal.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with marine and fumigation regulations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven sales and business development experience in fumigation, marine services, and pest control
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored solutions
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and marine safety standards
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
- Results-driven with strong planning and organisational skills
Qualifications
- Minimum: Grade 12
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field
- At least 6 years in sales or business development
- Proven success in fumigation, marine services, and pest control
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and marine safety standards
