Life Group își propune să devină un reper în domeniul sănătății, iar pentru asta căutăm un COO & Director de Dezvoltare care să lucreze direct alături de fondator și să contribuie activ la scalarea companiei.

Misiunea ta: Vei avea un obiectiv clar: creșterea accelerată și profitabilă a companiei.
Principalele Tale Responsabilități Vor Fi
- Dezvoltarea și creșterea vânzărilor la nivelul grupului;
- Recrutarea și atragerea oamenilor potriviți în echipă;
- Coordonarea, motivarea și dezvoltarea echipelor pentru atingerea unor rezultate excepționale;
- Implementarea și optimizarea proceselor și sistemelor de lucru;
- Stabilirea, urmărirea și atingerea KPI-urilor asumate;
- Identificarea constantă a oportunităților de dezvoltare și scalare a businessului.

- Salariu fix competitiv;

- Comision din EBITDA pentru performanța care depășește nivelul anului precedent;
- Posibilitatea de a participa într-un Stock Option Plan (SOP), în funcție de atingerea obiectivelor și KPI-urilor stabilite;
- Colaborare directă cu fondatorul și implicare în toate deciziile strategice importante.
