- Liaise with customers in person, telephonically and via email, handling quotes, invoices and customer payments.
- Process quotes, invoices, credit notes and warranty-related documentation for customers and internal jobs.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct monthly stock counts, investigate variances and ensure stock is correctly stored and controlled.
- Place orders for spares, process GRNs and supplier invoices, and liaise with the factory regarding outstanding orders and deliveries.
- Manage warranty spares, including issuing and receiving spares from technicians and arranging courier collections and payments.
- Ensure correct spares and quantities are dispatched, maintain accurate records and filing, and keep stock areas organised and secure.
