Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related products that best suit their needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Demonstrate product features and confidently recommend suitable solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest mobile devices, technology, and promotions.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain high service standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the mobile phone, telecommunications, or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
