Early starts, clear routes and people depending on you: a tour and charter company in Bethlehem is hiring bus drivers. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.
The site is in Bethlehem; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.
What your day looks like
- Follow speed limits strictly; buses are tracked
- Check passenger tickets, tags or staff cards when boarding
- Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
- Write the trip log with times, kilometres and fuel
- Inspect the bus before each trip: tyres, brakes, doors, emergency exits
- Handle breakdowns calmly and keep passengers safe until help arrives
You'll need
- Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
- Medically fit
- Patient and friendly with passengers
- Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
Nice if you have
- Experience on mine or staff transport routes
- Fluent in more than one language
- Tour coach experience with charters
