Visual Merchandiser

To elevate this experience within our Jonsson Workwear Edenvale store, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Visual Merchandiser who has a natural eye for detail and the ability to bring our brand to life through impactful in-store displays.

In this collaborative, store-focused role, you will work closely with the store team to create visually compelling displays that not only showcase our product but also reflect the craftsmanship, durability, and pride behind the Jonsson Workwear brand, while actively engaging with and serving customers to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

The ideal candidate for this essential role will be required to:

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for creating aesthetic, impactful in-store experiences that are informed by customer behaviour and store dynamics.
• Use your knowledge of our products and ranges to build displays that are both functional and inspiring for our customers.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all visual merchandising consistently reflects our brand standard and enhances the overall store experience.
• Actively assist customers on the retail floor, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, memorable store experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right products, bringing the Jonsson Workwear experience to life.
• Set up the store layout so it looks good and is easy for customers to shop.
• Support stock flow by ensuring products is well-presented, replenished, and always merchandised to the highest standard.
• Apply your attention to detail and consistency to ensure the store environment remains pristine, well-organised, and aligned to Jonsson Workwear expectations.
• Stay curious and continuously explore ways to elevate the in-store experience, introducing fresh, on-brand ideas that enhance how customers interact with our space.
