Pick it right, pack it neat, send it out: that's the job at a frozen-food distribution centre in Krugersdorp. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.
You'll be based at a frozen-food distribution centre in Krugersdorp. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.
What you'll actually do
- Stack finished orders on pallets and stretch-wrap them tight
- Keep aisles clear of plastic, cardboard and loose pallets
- Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane
- Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes
- Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
What you need
- You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
- Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves
- South African ID or a valid work permit
- You can read product codes and count accurately
