About the Role Our client, a forward-thinking consultancy firm located near Nelspruit , is seeking a diligent Graduate Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This role is perfect for recent graduates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and keen to learn the fundamentals of project management.
You will provide essential support to project managers by assisting with planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.

Key Responsibilities Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential risks and issues.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders as directed.
Support the procurement and management of project resources.
Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
