Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting related to operational activities.

RequirementsProven experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role, ideally within a remote or distributed team environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Experience with virtual collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
