We are looking for a dedicated and clear-speaking Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will handle many inbound and outbound calls. You will provide excellent service by answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and sharing product and service details.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Follow communication scripts and adapt them as necessary to address customer needs
- Identify customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure the resolution of complaints
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service
- Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals
