- Matric / Grade 12
- 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Relations, Account Management, Customer Success or similar
- Proven experience managing key accounts and client relationships
- Experience with contract renewals, retention and upselling
- Strong communication, negotiation and CRM skills
- Proficient in Afrikaans
- Commercially driven with excellent customer service skills
