Architectural Technologist / Draughtsperson - Cape Town

Join a well-established architectural practice in Cape Town as an Architectural Technologist or Draughtsperson. We are seeking a technically skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience and strong Revit and/or AutoCAD proficiency to contribute to a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential architectural projects.
- Prepare high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Produce municipal submission, tender and construction drawings.
- Assist with project documentation across all project stages.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and other consultants.
- Ensure drawings comply with client requirements, statutory regulations and industry standards.
- Attend project meetings and site inspections where required.
- Resolve technical detailing and drawing queries.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within programme and budget.
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or a related qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as an Architectural Technologist or Draughtsperson.
- Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD .
- Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
- Experience producing municipal submission and construction drawings.
- Sound knowledge of South African building regulations and construction methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
