NOW HIRING | RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR | CAPE TOWN ? Are you a hospitality reservations professional ready to take the next step in your career? A leading, high-volume, contemporary Cape Town hotel is looking for an experienced Reservations Supervisor to lead a dynamic reservations team while delivering exceptional guest service and maximising revenue opportunities. We're looking for someone with: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Reservations Supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills Exceptional guest service and communication abilities Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant hotel operation where you can make a real impact on guest satisfaction, operational excellence and commercial success.
