Dental Receptionist (Private Practice)

You'll be the first voice and face of an accounting practice in Komani. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

What your day looks like

• Keep the reception area neat and the coffee station stocked.
• Keep visitor and client details private under POPIA.
• Type basic letters and update the internal phone list.
• Book appointments, meeting rooms and boardroom catering.
• Sign visitors in, issue access cards and notify the right person.
• Take clear phone messages and send them by email straight away.
• Check patients in, verify medical aid details and collect co-payments.

What you need

• A warm, clear phone manner in English
• Matric
• Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic Excel
• You can juggle a ringing phone and a waiting visitor at once
• Well presented, punctual and organised

Nice if you have

• A second language common in your area
• Medical billing or practice software experience
