Key Responsibilities
Debtors Management: Invoicing and debt collection. Preparing quotes for all prospective residents and services.
Creditors Management: Processing and reconciling creditors.
Stock Management: Ordering stock, ensuring stock is invoiced, and controlling stock levels. Ensuring consumables are used as prescribed.
Housekeeping Staff Management: Overseeing staff management and ensuring the facility is well-maintained and hygienic at all times. Preparing work schedules.
Facility Manager Assistance: Ensuring all contracts are in place and assisting the facility manager with events and activities for residents.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Sage Accounting or Pastel is advantageous.
Experience in debt collection.
Management of staff.
Proficiency in Excel.
