- Ontwikkel en implementeer die maatskappy se finansiële strategie in lyn met die algemene besigheidsdoelwitte.
- Lei die finansiële afdeling en verseker doeltreffende bestuur van alle finansiële funksies.
- Toesig hou oor finansiële verslagdoening, bestuursrekeninge, begrotings, kontantvloei en vooruitskattings.
- Verskaf akkurate en tydige finansiële inligting aan die uitvoerende span en direksie.
- Ondersteun strategiese en operasionele besluitneming deur finansiële analise en insigte.
- Verseker voldoening aan toepaslike wetgewing, belastingvereistes, ouditvereistes en interne beheermaatreëls.
- Bestuur finansiële risiko’s en identifiseer geleenthede vir verbeterde winsgewendheid en kostebeheer.
- Bou en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met eksterne rolspelers soos ouditeure, banke en regulators.
- Dryf finansiële bestuurstandaarde en prestasieverbetering regdeur die organisasie.
Minimum vereistes
- Minimum 5 jaar toepaslike finansiële ervaring.
- Ten minste 2 jaar ervaring in ’n Finansiële Bestuurder-pos.
- Relevante tersiêre kwalifikasie in Finansies, Rekeningkunde of soortgelyke rigting.
- CA(SA) sal sterk voorkeur geniet.
- Professional Accountant (SA) of AGA(SA) sal ook oorweeg word.
- Bewese ervaring in:
- Finansiële verslagdoening
- Bestuursinligting en analise
- Besluitneming op strategiese vlak
- Spanbestuur en leierskap
- Sterk begrip van finansiële beheer, nakoming en korporatiewe bestuur.
- Afrikaanssprekend met goeie kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels.
