Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the New and Used Vehicle Sales team.
Drive monthly sales targets, profitability and departmental performance.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal vehicle turnaround.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share.
Recruit, coach and mentor sales executives to maximise performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers and key stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and departmental performance reviews.
