So, whether youâÃÂÃÂre following us on Facebook or posting the picture of your latest kicks on Instagram weâÃÂÃÂll continue to put the best brands at the best prices on your feet.Key Responsibilities Perform daily cashbook processing for multiple bank accounts. Prepare and complete daily bank reconciliations. Assist with investigating and resolving banking discrepancies. Capture receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions accurately. Reconcile pointâÃÂÃÂofâÃÂÃÂsale (POS) transactions to bank deposits. Assist in preparing monthly cashflow updates and reports. Support the Finance team with audit queries and documentation. Maintain accurate filing and digital recordâÃÂÃÂkeeping of all cashbook documentation. Assist with other finance administrative tasks when required. Requirements Graduate or recently completed a N6 Certificate in Financial Management. Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, reconciliations). Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, pivot tables beneficial). Exposure to accounting software (Sage exposure is beneficial). Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines. Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.
