- Perform general administrative and accounting duties
- Provide basic accounting and financial administration support
- Capture financial data accurately and maintain proper records
- Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and related accounting tasks
- Assist with processing and maintaining financial documentation
- Support daily accounting and administrative requirements
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted timeously
- Assist with filing and maintaining financial records
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as required
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Accounting qualification – minimum 3-year Diploma
- Must not have completed a YES Programme before
- Some exposure to accounting or financial administration will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in or close to Tygervalley/Cape Town , or be willing to relocate
