About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced and strategic Property Development Manager to oversee the lifecycle of development projects in the Nelspruit region.
This role involves identifying development opportunities, managing project feasibility, securing approvals, and overseeing construction and sales/leasing activities.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess potential land acquisition and development opportunities in the Nelspruit area and surrounding regions.
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis for proposed development projects.
Manage the entire development process from concept to completion, including securing necessary permits and approvals.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control, working closely with construction teams and contractors.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for completed projects, working with agents to achieve optimal outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, investors, and other key stakeholders in the property development sector.
RequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience in property development , project management, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing real estate development projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of planning regulations, construction processes, and financial management in development.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of the Nelspruit and Mpumalanga property development market is highly advantageous.
Relevant degree in Property Development, Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management.
