Remote Customer Service Agent — Amazon Expert (Cape Town)

Fortune Kutukwa is seeking Customer Service Agents for an online home shopping campaign.
You will assist customers via email and live chat, handling inquiries, orders, returns, and issue resolution to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Role requires at least 3 years of experience in online retail/campaigns within a call centre, with Amazon experience and a Fibre internet connection for a work-from-home setup.
Cape Town-based candidates are preferred.
