Risk Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg

Purpose of the this role : Support the smooth running of the Risk Admin office by carrying out Admin tasks related to invoices, ordering, and managing consumables.

This position reports to the Risk & Security Manager

Your responsibilities will include

• Co-ordinate all orders and requirements for the department
• Assist with ad-hoc team responsibilities
• Capture Jarrison staff, new engagements and terminations when required
• Record incidents on the security management system
• Assist the risk team with theft/fraud investigation when required
• Assist with claims investigations when required
• Capture risk and security invoices that are approved by the Risk and Security Manager
• Follow up with stakeholders for invoices and ensure that all monthly invoices for the department are received and captured
• Drafting reports
• Ensuring that the online intelligence system is up to date
• Recording and follow up on all risk and security department meetings
• Maintaining records of all recoveries and losses related to theft and fraud incidents
• Interacting with CS and HQ on customer related complaints
• Generate visitors` access codes on the access control system

Qualification & Experience

• Successfully completed Grade 12
• Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration/Management
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience within DC operations
• Customer service experience
• Supplier interaction experience
• Problem Solving experience
• High level of proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in Flowitz system
• Analytical skills
• Accuracy and speed
