A dynamic organisation is seeking a strategic leader to steer their organisational development initiatives, enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence. Duties:
Develop and implement comprehensive organisational development strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness
Facilitate leadership development programmes and talent management processes
Conduct organisational assessments and recommend improvements
Collaborate with senior management to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement
Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience in organisational development or related fields
Honours degree (NQF8) in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development/Human Resources essential
Master's degree in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development/Human Resources advantageous
Proven success in leading large-scale change initiatives
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Familiarity with the following:
Change management frameworks (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR)
Talent development and succession planning
Business transformation practices
