Product Management & Innovation
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of relevant products.
- Drive product implementation and changes.
- Lead product innovation and project management initiatives.
- Define and implement successful products.
- Develop client value propositions.
- Manage the relevant Apps and mobisites.
- Monitor, analyze and report on product performance.
- Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Implement tactical initiatives to drive product performance.
- Provide insights to support marketing and product usage campaigns while balancing cost to company.
- Track the performance of sales and marketing campaigns to ensure ROI.
- Manage and prepare budgets.
- Work with various sales teams to improve sales through customer insights and input into sales scripts.
- Liaise and negotiate with third-party service providers regarding potential solutions.
- Manage third-party suppliers and clients.
- Influence cross-functional teams to support effective product delivery.
- Relevant commercial degree.
- Minimum of 5 years' product or business management experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a constantly changing and pressurized environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
