Professionally Registered Mechanical Engineer

A leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm is seeking a Professionally Registered Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent position, offering an opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects, particularly in the public health sector .

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be professionally registered with ECSA (Pr.Eng or Pr.Tech) this is not negotiable

• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience (Candidate registrations will not be considered)

• Proven experience in complex construction environments (experience in government health projects is highly advantageous)

• Comfortable working in a collaborative open office environment

Technical Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential

• Exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts will be beneficial

• Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (for both construction and PSP fees) is advantageous

• Excellent administrative and formal writing skills

• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Able to work independently and deliver under strict deadlines
