A new luxury hospitality establishment opening in Paterson, Eastern Cape, is looking for a BUTLER to join their team

As part of a new luxury opening, the successful candidate will play a key role in setting and maintaining the highest service standards from the outset. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined environment and takes pride in delivering discreet, attentive, and world-class service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Formal butler training (SABA or silver service essential)
• Previous experience in a luxury lodge, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, professional, and highly discreet
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised and attentive service to guests at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience
• Deliver silver service in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service
• Assist with food and beverage service where required
• Prepare guest areas and ensure readiness for all service periods
• Work closely with the hospitality team to deliver a consistent guest experience

This is a Live-in position Salary: TBC Start date between July – September 2026
