The Manager Safety & Quality is responsible to the General Manager MRO for the following;
- Recognising safety as a core value in all decision making in his area of responsibility
- Fostering a positive safety culture within his area of responsibility and by personal example, demonstrating a commitment to the company safety policy
- Pursuing corporate safety and quality objectives in day-to-day activities
- Supporting the management team in their application of the safety management plan
- Relevant qualification
- Excellent experience in Air Transport Operations and Aircraft safety background
- Extensive experience in safety and technical positions, including compliance matters is essential.
- At least 10 years’ working experience in a similar role with MRO regulations, and civil aviation rules
