Stock Controller Needed.1.Inventory Optimization: Establish and manage Reorder Points (ROP) and Minimum/Maximum levels for all engineering stores items to prevent stock-outs or over-stocking.2.System Reconciliation: Perform regular "Cycle Counting" and full stock-takes, investigating and documenting the root cause of any variances between physical stock and the ERP system.3.Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) Management: GRN stock received and monitor the GRNI report daily to ensure that all items physically received are systematically "cleared" for payment by Finance.4.Master Data Maintenance: Ensure every part in the engineering stores has a unique, standardized description and correct bin location assigned in the system.5.Obsolescence Review: Identify and report on slow-moving or obsolete engineering spares to facilitate disposal or return-to-vendor processes.6.Inventory Management: Ensure that BOM recipes for Jobs are loaded timeously on REP.7.Ensure that all issues are processed timeously on the ERP system.8.Quality Assurance: Inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies against delivery notes and purchase orders.9.Storage Optimization: Organizing the layout of the stores to ensure fast-moving items are accessible and space is used efficiently.10.Dispatch & Issuing: Overseeing the release of materials to internal departments or external customers, ensuring all paperwork is signed and recorded.send CV.
