- Voorbereiding en indiening van maandelikse salarisverslae.
- Vaslegging en opdatering van werknemers se salarisdata, insluitend ure gewerk, verlof en aftrekkings.
- Ondersteuning met statutêre indienings, insluitend WVF (UIF), LBS (PAYE), SDL en COIDA .
- Voorbereiding en indiening van salarisdokumentasie aan relevante staatsdepartemente en derdeparty-diensverskaffers.
- Rekonsiliasie van salarisdata en die ondersoek en oplossing van afwykings.
- Hantering van kliëntenavrae en die verskaffing van professionele ondersteuning.
- Versameling, verwerking en voorbereiding van weeklikse en maandelikse salarisinligting.
- Handhawing van akkurate salarisrekords en lêerstelsels.
- Verseker nakoming van alle relevante wetgewing, statutêre vereistes en maatskappybeleide.
Minimum Vereistes
- Matriksertifikaat (Graad 12).
- 'n Sertifikaat of kwalifikasie in Salarisadministrasie sal voordelig wees.
- 4–5 jaar relevante ervaring in salarisadministrasie of 'n soortgelyke administratiewe rol.
- Goeie kennis van Suid-Afrikaanse salariswetgewing en statutêre vereistes.
- Ervaring met Sage Payroll , VIP Payroll of soortgelyke salarisprogrammatuur.
- Gevorderde vaardighede in Microsoft Excel en Word.
- Vermoë om groot volumes werk akkuraat en binne streng sperdatums te hanteer.
- Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels (gesproke en geskrewe).
