New Business Development - Plastic and Packaging (JB5332) Cape Town, Western Cape R25 000 - R40 000 CTC per month plus commission Permanent Fully remote Join a growing plastics and packaging company selling into industrial sectors. You'll drive new business, grow key accounts, and manage client relationships across South Africa. Minimum Requirements: Matric Valid driver’s license and own vehicle Proficient in Microsoft Office 5+ years sales experience Advantageous: Experience in plastics, packaging, mining, manufacturing, agriculture, or FMCG Must be self-driven, resilient, and confident Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (turnover, tonnage, margin) Develop and update monthly call plans and provide weekly performance feedback Call on existing clients and grow the customer base via networking and cold calling Promote new products and ensure proper sample feedback Place orders in line with BRC standards and manage compliance documentation Visit national account branches and handle customer complaints professionally Maintain updated customer files and manage artwork approvals Perform occasional deliveries and conduct stock takes Respond promptly to internal and external emails Travel and site visits required Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
