We are looking for someone experienced as a Shift Supervisor/Controller for a role at a speciality chemical manufacturer.MUST HAVE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Have at least a Diploma in Chemical Engineering (BTech, B.Eng or BSc Chemical Engineering might be an advantage).Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Shift management - running a team of Process Technicians/Process Operators, and used to strictly following Plant Procedures, OHS & PPE etc.Be willing working weekly rotating shifts (morning, midday, night).Have a drivers license, and own reliable transport for commute to work and back.No criminal record - this will be verified.This is not a junior role, DO NOT apply if you don't meet the minimum requirements above. NO JUNIOR ROLES/INTERNSHIPS AVAILABLEApplicants outside the Cape Town area is welcome to apply, however there will be no relocation allowance or relocation support provided to relocate to Cape Town.
