National Service Manager ( Mechanical/Electrical)

Able travel in Africa and Europe
Technical Support: Resolve complex field and technical problems. Log issues in real-time tracking systems and follow through to root-cause.
Installations: Install machinery and equipment at clients, technical support to clients. Filed service schedules for technicians, manage parts to clients.
Training & Compliance: Conduct annual dealer service training, instruct teams on warranty protocols, and manage field machine modifications.
