Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily cashbook transactions across multiple bank accounts
- Perform daily and month-end bank reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances
- Process EFT payments and banking transactions
- Support month-end reporting and financial reconciliations
- Assist with audit queries and compliance requirements
- Rotate across multiple bank accounts to support business continuity
- Ensure deadlines, controls, and financial procedures are consistently met
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a cashbook-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience on Navision / Business Central 365 advantageous
- Accpac experience advantageous
- Sound understanding of cashbook processing and bank reconciliations
- General understanding of VAT principles
- Energetic, organised, analytical and eager to learn and grow
