Tiger Brands is launching a 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme in Johannesburg for bachelor's degree or BTech graduates who can lead within the organization.
The programme prepares FLDPs for key roles across multiple business disciplines.
Successful candidates must have a strong academic record, recently completed their 3rd or 4th year, demonstrated high achievement and innovation, be computer literate in MS Word and Excel, and hold a valid driver's license.
