Assistant Financial Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with the full financial management function
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Ensure accurate financial controls and compliance
- Support audits and statutory reporting
- Analyse financial performance and provide strategic insights
- Partner with operational teams to improve business performance
- Mentor and support junior finance staff
- Drive process improvements and financial efficiencies
Requirements:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 2-5 years post-articles experience
- Engineering or automation industry experience will be highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or ERP systems advantageous)
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
