Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Country Manager/ Lodge General Manager Couple Safari Group- Malawi Requirements Both candidates to have proven experience in hospitality management in safari lodges/Resorts/Hotels- 5 years+ experience- Essential. Experience in managing remote lodges outside South Africa- Preferred Country Manager Previous General Manager/Group GM experience Essential Overall accountability for the Country operations within Malawi overseeing properties. Financial, HR, Statutory compliance, Procurement ect, reporting directly to the owners General Manager Ensure lodge guest experience levels are met and maintained Previous lodge experience essential Good understanding of all lodge operations/departments F&B Service experience highly beneficial Excellent Customer Relations Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel Excellent command of the English Be readily available to deal with all guest queries and complaints. Package on offer Salary: $7500pm gross ($+-5250 nett) $1000 pp towards flights back home per year Accommodation Regrettably not Pet or Child Friendly Starting Date: July/August 2026
