About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community program facilitation, adult education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging online programs or workshops.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of community development principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in using virtual conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and online collaboration platforms.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a remote setting.
