Sales Representative

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid driver's licence
• Own reliable transport will be advantageous
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Previous sales experience within the mining industry is essential.
• Experience in the electrical and/or instrumentation industry will be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Passion for sales with a willingness to develop technical product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide internal sales support to customers.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop technical knowledge of products and applications.
• Progress into an External Sales Representative role following successful completion of the training and probation period.
