Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly upon arrival at the service department.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.

Clearly explain diagnostic findings, repair options, and associated costs to customers.
Generate service orders and ensure all details are accurate and complete.
Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the workshop.
Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and professional service reception area.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive terminology and basic mechanical principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and appointment scheduling software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
A professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license.
Sales-oriented approach with the ability to recommend services effectively.
Basic administrative and documentation skills.
