- Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
- Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
- Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
- Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
- 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
- Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
- Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
- Gritty, curious and coachable.
