Lead the Revenue Strategy. Shape the Future. (Remote or on-site) An exceptional opportunity exists for an accomplished Director of Revenue to join the pre-opening team of an exciting new luxury international hotel development in Benin . This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role from the ground up, developing and implementing revenue strategies that will position the hotel for long-term commercial success from day one. This position offers the flexibility of either being based on-site in Benin or working remotely. We're looking for a dynamic hospitality professional who brings: Proven experience as a Director of Revenue within an international luxury hotel brand Strong expertise in revenue management, forecasting, pricing strategies and market analysis A successful track record of driving RevPAR, ADR and overall commercial performance Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams Pre-opening experience will be highly advantageous Fluency in English is essential; French will be advantageous If you're passionate about building high-performing commercial strategies and want to leave your mark on a landmark hospitality project in West Africa, we'd love to hear from you.
