Overseas is seeking a sharp Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to own recruiting, offshore staff training, and operational support for a fast-growing AI healthcare startup.
This role blends leadership with hands-on execution, requiring an all-around capable individual who adapts quickly and delivers outcomes without a playbook.
You will recruit, train offshore staff, and support navigation, operations, and other projects as they arise.
Strong English and a proven track record are essential.
