A hands-on project management role responsible for coordinating site readiness, verifying installation requirements, controlling quality and managing the client experience through final handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-installation and project site visits.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions, access, levels, conditions and installation requirements.
- Check site requirements and planned work against approved quotations, scope and client expectations before installation.
- Coordinate installation readiness and identify potential site issues before teams are deployed.
- Monitor installation quality, workmanship, specifications and completion standards.
- Perform quality assurance and formal quality checks during and after installation.
- Manage client queries, complaints and site-related concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate corrective actions where work does not meet the required standard or quoted scope.
- Maintain clear project records, site information and communication with relevant internal teams.
- Conduct final inspections and manage project completion and client handover.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of relevant project, installation or site-management experience.
- Strong practical measuring, planning and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to quality, detail and accountability.
- Professional client communication and complaint-handling skills.
- Able to manage multiple active jobs, site priorities and deadlines.
