Packaging and Technical Services Buyer

- Source, evaluate and onboard suppliers.
- Manage RFQs, tenders, pricing and contract negotiations.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and support audits.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts and supplier data on SAP.
- Monitor deliveries, stock levels and supply risks.
- Resolve supplier, delivery and invoice-related issues.
- Support cost-saving, localization and dual-sourcing initiatives.
- Assist with CAPEX and project procurement.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare procurement reports and track KPIs and savings.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 4+ years' experience as a Buyer , preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience with SAP – essential .
- Intermediate MS Excel – essential .
- Experience with flavours or technical procurement would be advantageous.
