Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Conduct in-process and final product inspections.
- Verify product specifications, measurements, workmanship, and compliance with quality standards.
- Approve or reject products based on established quality criteria.
- Monitor adherence to company quality procedures and standards.
- Investigate quality issues and identify root causes.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports.
- Record non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Prepare quality performance reports for management.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Provide guidance on quality requirements and best practices.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
