A well-established and growing property management company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to join its team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong knowledge of community scheme management, sectional title and HOA environments, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. ????????????:
Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) in good standing with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
35 years experience managing sectional title and/or HOA portfolios.
Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
