This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with exceptional guest service skills and a strong background in luxury environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering discreet, personalised and anticipatory service to ensure an elevated guest experience at all times. ? Package Salary: R13,000 R15,000 per month DOE Opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury wine estate environment ? The Role The Butler will be responsible for providing personalised, high-touch service to guests, ensuring their comfort, preferences and expectations are consistently exceeded. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a refined hospitality setting. ? Key Responsibilities Provide personalised butler service to guests throughout their stay Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional, discreet service Assist with arrivals, departures and in-room guest experiences Manage guest preferences, requests and special requirements Coordinate closely with front office, housekeeping and food & beverage teams Ensure guest suites and areas are maintained to the highest standards Serve food and beverages in a professional and refined manner Handle guest queries and requests efficiently and discreetly Maintain excellent knowledge of estate offerings and services Ensure confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail at all times ? Requirements Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury hospitality guest service role Strong background in 5-star hotels, lodges or luxury estates advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and personal presentation Strong attention to detail and guest preference awareness Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Hospitality training or qualification advantageous Personal Attributes Impeccably professional and well-presented Discreet, respectful and guest-focused Passionate about luxury service and hospitality excellence Calm and composed under pressure Proactive with a strong sense of initiative Detail-oriented and highly organised Strong team player with a positive attitude Please note: Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
