Role Summary

We are seeking a high-aptitude, financially fluent Data Analyst to serve as a critical operational driver for our specialized wealth advisory firm. We deliver elite, high-touch retirement readiness and advanced tax-optimization consulting for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, including physicians, attorneys, and corporate entrepreneurs.

This role is the immediate operational bottleneck of our practice. You will be responsible for synthesizing raw client financial data, executing analytical stress tests, and engineering bespoke, elite-level client presentation decks for each phase of our signature 6-to-10 week consulting lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of personal wealth metrics with advanced tech agility, leveraging modern AI workflows to radically accelerate document and model production.

Key Responsibilities

Data Synthesis & Presentation Engineering

• Phase 1: Baseline Assessment: Ingest raw client financial data (tax returns, corporate structures, investment portfolios), auditing the datasets for completeness and building baseline structural snapshots.

• Phase 2: Strategy Modeling: Partner with leadership to run advanced stress-testing scenarios, legacy planning calculations, and custom tax-optimization modeling.

• Phase 3: Implementation Blueprinting: Translate complex financial strategies into highly professional, polished, and beautifully formatted client presentation decks that render sophisticated data into clear, actionable visual roadmaps.

Project Governance & Technology Integration

• Pipeline Management: Own the administrative timeline across active 6–10 week consulting engagements, ensuring zero data delays or missed presentation milestones.

• AI Tool Optimization: Proactively leverage advanced generative AI platforms and prompt methodologies to synthesize financial notes, draft content blocks, and format client materials efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst, Private Banking Associate, Wealth Management Analyst, or senior Data Presentation Specialist.

• Financial Literacy: Direct, functional fluency with complex personal finance frameworks, investment asset classes, tax optimization concepts, and high-net-worth wealth structures.

• Elite Deck Design: Exceptional mastery of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva). You must be capable of translating dense spreadsheet rows into clean, sophisticated executive layouts.

• AI Tool Proficiency: Daily operational experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate content formatting, data cleanup, and structural drafts.

• Communication Mastery: Superb written and verbal English communication skills with impeccable data integrity and a sharp eye for detail.
